The BNZ Bank Building Kaiapoi was cleaned in 2008
The Red Brick of the building was coated with a clear glaze approximately 10 years ago. The Glaze was holding moisture in the bricks and crating a mould build up on the inside of the Buildings Walls. The Glaze was also breaking down and looking very milky in colour. JetX the licensed operator of the VESS™ Restoration Cleaning System used our Paint Stripping Techniques. Removing the old glaze without harming the red bricks or the mortar. This brought out the original look and let the Building Breath. The Decorative Facades were repainted at the same time.
